1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use nzcpe.co.nz, register for a pass or attend NZCPE 2026 (20–22 November 2026, New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), 101 Hobson Street, Auckland). The Expo is delivered by New Zealand EJ Holdings Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site or registering, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and passes

• A General Visitor Pass is free and gives entry to the public areas of the Expo on the day(s) you register for.
• A Professional Buyer registration is for people who buy for a business and may be checked on arrival. We may decline or cancel a buyer registration if the details you gave are incomplete or inaccurate.
• Please register only with accurate information. Passes are personal and not for resale.
• Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 enter free.
• Opening hours are 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily, and Sunday 22 November 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The Opening Ceremony on Friday 20 November starts at 10:30 AM. Hours may change; the latest hours are published on this website.
• Registration is not a guarantee of entry if the venue reaches capacity or for safety reasons.

3. Exhibitors

Booth applications are subject to approval and to a separate exhibitor agreement. Applying does not guarantee a booth. Exhibitors listed on the website have been confirmed by the organiser.

4. Photography, filming and recording

We, our partners and the media may photograph and film at the Expo for promotion, news and reporting. By attending, you agree to appear in these images. If you do not want to be photographed, tell our staff and we will do our best to accommodate you. Do not film other people in a way that is intrusive or unlawful.

5. Changes and cancellation

We may change the programme, hours, exhibitors or venue, or cancel or postpone the Expo for reasons outside our control, including safety, public health, government restrictions or venue problems. We will give notice on the website and, where we can, by email.

6. Website content

• We try to keep the site accurate, but dates, hours and exhibitor information can change and are provided for general information only.
• Exhibitor and product information is supplied by the exhibitors. We are not responsible for it and do not endorse any product.
• The site content, logos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal use. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Using the site

Do not misuse the site: no unlawful, harmful, misleading or spam content, no attempts to break security or overload the service, and no use of automated tools to copy the site.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or other New Zealand laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from the content or goods of exhibitors, from events outside our control, or from your use of the website. Sales are made directly between buyers and exhibitors, and we are not a party to those sales.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
