New Zealand China Products Expo 2026 (NZCPE). Last updated: 3 November 2026.
NZCPE brings together exhibitors, buyers, visitors, partners, staff and volunteers from New Zealand, China and other countries. We want everyone to feel safe, respected and welcome. This code applies to everyone at the Expo, in the exhibitor centre and on our online channels.

- Follow the directions of the organiser's staff, venue security and emergency wardens.
- Follow venue health and safety rules, fire and evacuation instructions, and capacity limits.
- Keep booths, aisles and exits clear. Stay within your allocated booth area.
- Be honest in your dealings. Give accurate information about yourself, your company and your products.
What is not acceptable
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, intimidation or violence.
- Unwelcome physical contact, sexual comments or behaviour, or stalking.
- Taking photos or recordings of people in a way that is intrusive or after they have asked you not to.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a way that disrupts others or creates risk.
- Aggressive or misleading sales tactics, or approaching visitors in aisles outside your booth to push sales.
- Disrupting talks, ceremonies or other exhibitors.
Exhibitors and products
- You must have the right to sell or display everything at your booth. Counterfeit, copied or infringing products and unauthorised brand use are not allowed.
- Products must be lawful in New Zealand and meet applicable New Zealand safety, labelling and consumer laws, including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Food, health, cosmetic, electrical, children's and other regulated goods must comply with their specific rules, including MPI and Customs requirements for imported goods.
- Prices, claims and descriptions must be truthful and not misleading.
- Samples and demonstrations must be safe. No dangerous goods, weapons or prohibited items.
- You are responsible for your staff, your stand and your goods.
Buyers and visitors
- Use buyer-programme contact details only for the purpose they were shared. Do not pass them on or use them for unrelated marketing.
- Do not take, damage or interfere with exhibitors' goods or displays.
