New Zealand China Products Expo 2026 (NZCPE) · nzcpe.co.nz. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
NZCPE is organised and delivered by New Zealand EJ Holdings Ltd ("we", "us"), 101 Hobson Street, Auckland Central. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information through nzcpe.co.nz and the Expo registration forms. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Privacy contact: NZCPE privacy officer, info@nzcpe.co.nz, +64 9 9750686.
We only collect what you give us in our forms, plus basic website usage data.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not give your details to exhibitors for their own marketing unless you have agreed to it.
Some of our providers store or process data outside New Zealand, including in the United States. Where we use them we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected by comparable safeguards, as required by Information Privacy Principle 12. Registration details may also be shared with the organising team in China where needed to run the Expo.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google advertising tags to measure and improve advertising and to show NZCPE ads to people who have visited the site. These tools set cookies and may collect identifiers such as your IP address and device information. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, or opt out of ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings. Some parts of the site may work less well with cookies off.
We keep registration and enquiry information for 12 months after the Expo for follow-up, reporting and planning the next event, then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. If you opted in to future-event updates, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.
Our website uses HTTPS. Registration details are sent to a restricted organiser mailbox and are only accessed by people who need them to run the event. No system is completely secure. If a privacy breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and the Privacy Commissioner as the Privacy Act requires.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to stop sending marketing. Email info@nzcpe.co.nz. We will respond within 20 working days. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
The Expo is open to families, but our registration forms are for people aged 18 and over. Under-18s should attend with an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
