About NZCPE

Six years of building New Zealand's premier trade bridge to China — backed by both governments, delivered locally.

The expo at a glance

The New Zealand–China Products Expo (NZCPE) is a three-day trade and consumer exhibition held annually in Auckland. It is the largest dedicated platform for Chinese manufacturers to reach New Zealand buyers, retailers and consumers, and operates under the framework of the China–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement.

Each year, NZCPE convenes more than 150 vetted Chinese enterprises, 1,900+ professional buyers from across New Zealand and the Pacific, and over 12,000 public visitors. Across thirteen industry zones — from food and apparel to renewable energy, e-commerce, finance and logistics — the expo combines product showcasing with on-site matchmaking, government dialogue and cultural programming.

Mission

Practical trade outcomes, not just exhibitions.

NZCPE was founded with a single objective: to convert China's manufacturing strength into real distribution and sales in New Zealand. Every exhibitor receives twelve months of post-event services — consignment on Superoutlets.co.nz, free NZ warehousing, EDM and social marketing, and on-the-ground consultancy for establishing a local presence.

For Kiwi buyers, the expo is a one-stop sourcing event: meet vetted suppliers across thirteen industries in three days, with translation, logistics and customs support included.
